Resep Tahu Goreng Tepung Sederhana (Simple Fried Tofu)

Bahan-bahan tahu goreng tepung:
- 10 buah tahu
- 100 gr terigu (dapat diganti mocaf untuk resep gluten free)
- 25 gr tepung beras
- 25 gr tapioka
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 batang bawang daun
- 150 ml air (dapat ditambah atau dikurang sesuai kebutuhan)
- minyak untuk menggoreng
cara membuat tahu goreng tepung:
- Siapkan tahu, kemudian iris tipis dibagi dua. sisihkan.
- Haluskan bawang putih, dan iris bawang daun. Setelah itu siapkan wadah, masukan tepung, dan semua bumbu termasuk bawang putih halus dan bawang daun. Tambahkan air, kemudian aduk rata, hingga menjadi adonan tepung yang kental.
- Celupkan tahu satu per satu, balur dengan adonan tepung tadi, Kemudian, goreng di minyak panas hingga kuning kecoklatan. Siap disajikan!

how to make fried tofu flour:
- Prepare the tofu, then thinly slice it in half. set aside.
