Resep Ketupat Lebaran Mudah (English Version)
Idul fitri tak akan lenkap tanpa ketupat, betul tidak? Ternyata buat sendiri ketupat sangat lah simpel, dan mudah. Dijamin lebih puas, lebih higienis, dan lebih sehat juga Yuk, coba!

Bahan:
- 750 gr beras berkualitas baik
- 10 buah cangkang ketupat
- 1 sdm garam
- 1/4 sdt kapur sirih
Cara:
- cuci bersih beras, diamkan minimal 12 jam, lebih bagus lagi semalaman, jangan lupa bubuhkan garam dan kapur sirih.
- setelah direndam dengan waktu yang sempurna (kalo aku kadang semalaman), buang air, bila dan beras ditiriskan.
- isi cangkang ketupat dengan 3/4 penuh beras, tetap sisakan ruang untuk mengembang ya, kalau diisi penuh tar ketupat jadi keras, tapi kalo ruang mengembangnya terlalu banyak, ketupatnya lembek.
- rebus ketupat, masukan air hingga merendam penuh bagian ketupat, rebus hingga 5-6 jam dengan api sedang, tambah air jika air surut, ketupat harus 100% terendam ya.
- kalau sudah angkat ketupat dari rendaman, dan tiriskan.ketupat siap disajikan.

Material:
- 750 gr good quality rice
- 10 ketupat shells
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp lime betel
Method:
- Wash the rice thoroughly, let it sit for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight, don't forget to add salt and lime betel.
- After soaking for the right amount of time (sometimes overnight), drain the water and drain the rice.
- Fill the ketupat shells 3/4 full of rice, still leave room for them to expand. If you fill them full of tar, the ketupat will be hard, but if there is too much room to expand, the ketupat will be soft.
- Boil the ketupat, add water to completely submerge the ketupat, boil for 5-6 hours over medium heat, add water if the water recedes, the ketupat must be 100% submerged.
- When you have removed the ketupat from the soaking, and drain it, the ketupat is ready to be served.
