Tahu aci adalah olahan tahu yang terbuat dari tahu dan tapioka, camilan gurih ini biasanya dijajakan sebagai jajanan kaki lima. Yuk coba bikin!

Bahan-bahan:
  • 100 gr tapioka
  • 4 sdm terigu
  • 5 buah tahu putih (dapat diganti tahu pong)
  • 100 ml air mendidih
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 batang bawang daun
  • 1 batang seledri
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
  • Minyak secukupnya
Cara membuat:
  • Potong dua tahu, sesuai selera.
  • Campurkan tapioka, dan semua bahan. Kemudian tuang air mendidih. Aduk hingga rata dan padat.
  • Setelah itu, ambil adonan secukupnya, tempel pada tahu sedemikian rupa agar tidak lepas saat digoreng.
  • Panaskan minyak, goreng hingga matang kecoklatan. Siap disajikan!

How to make:
  • Cut the tofu in half, according to taste.
  • Mix the tapioca, and all the ingredients. Then pour in the boiling water. Stir until smooth and solid.
  • After that, take enough dough, stick it on the tofu in such a way that it doesn't come off when fried.
  • Heat the oil, fry until cooked brown. Ready to serve!
