Resep Ayam Goreng Sereh (Lemongrass Chicken)

Bahan-bahan:
- 500 gr paha ayam
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdm maizena
- minyak untuk menggoreng
Bumbu halus:
- 8 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 2 batang serai (bagian putihnya)
Cara membuat:
- Siapkan ayam yang sudah dibersihan. Siakan juga bumbu haus, sisihkan.
- Campurkan ayam dengan maizena, bumbu halus dan sisa bumbu lainya. Ratakan kemudian diamkan minimal 1 jam di dalam kulkas.
- Seteah bumbu meresap, panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam beserta bumbunya hingga matang dan golden brown. Siap disajikan.
